A fast, native image viewer and browser for Windows 95.

Windows Image Viewer brings modern image-viewing comfort to classic Windows in a tiny, native Win32 program — no runtime, no bloat. View, browse, edit, convert and print your pictures the way Windows always should have.

View

	Opens 14 image formats: BMP, JPEG, PNG, GIF (with animation), TIFF (multi-page), PCX, DCX, Targa, Photoshop PSD, PNM, Amiga IFF, Windows Metafile and Kodak Photo CD
	Smooth zoom — Best Fit, Shrink to Fit, Actual Size, 25–400 % and custom scale; Ctrl + mouse-wheel zoom
	Animated GIF playback and multi-page TIFF navigation
	Full-screen viewing and slide shows (delay, loop, random, reverse)
	Automatic JPEG rotation from the camera's EXIF orientation

Edit

	Rotate, flip, resize (keep aspect ratio), crop
	Adjust brightness, contrast and gamma; convert to grayscale
	One-click Undo — your original is never touched
	Save or convert to PNG, JPEG, BMP or PCX; set any picture as wallpaper

Browse

	ACDSee-style folder browser with thumbnails, folder tree and address bar
	Thumbnail / Large / Small / List / Details views, sortable by name, size, type or date
	File operations: cut, copy, paste, rename, delete, new folder, move/copy to folder
	Batch tools: rotate, convert or resize many images at once
	"Open With" / "Edit With", file listing export, thumbnail disk cache

	Print one image per page, 2 / 4 / 9 per page, or a contact sheet of thumbnails

Each ZIP contains the self-installing setup program. Unzip it and run the installer — it puts the program, help file and license in place for you. Freeware.
